Example 1 :
19 year old boy with bilaterally crossed bite; in frontal part - open bite; disturbed ratio in biometric field- lower one-third of face enlarged. We applied Hyrax II Screws- device for fast palate expanding .

Example 2:
20 years old girl; tension in front occures as result of growth of tooth 8 in lower jaw (on both sides). Problem was unsuccefully treated by elastic arches. In order to maintain enough space for all front teeth, we had to apply fast distalization of lower molars with strong coils and lingual arch as base .

Example 3:
Extraction of 4I wasn't solution for 22 years old patient with lack of space. Distalization of eyeteeth was very slow with classical coils, so we applied device for fast distalization - distalization of eyetooth Hybrid- retractor according to proffessor Sander .

10 years old girl comes with parents with diagnosed anodoncy 1T1 According to orthopan photo, we made therapy plans:
1.extraction of lower central milk incisors bringing permanenth teeth 2 at their place.Later, permanent tooth 3 will become 2.
2.Keeping lower central milk incisors, saving space and from patient's 18. year making implantants.
Prents agreed with firsth plan.Therapy has started 10.02.2005. with extraction of lower central milk incisors

Example 7:
10 years old boy with inhereted anomaly.Tooth 2 is in inverse fold. Due to lack of space for pulling up to occlusive surface we used step-by-step therapy. Nens' pillow is installated at palace in order to keep teeth 6 in existing position, and then, teeth 5 is slowly pulled towards. Both teeth 4 are previously extracted in public health center. When tooth 5 were pulled toward, we started with pulling toward tooth 3, then glued bracket on tooth 2. Slight distalization was done in order to include it in teeth arch .

Example 8:
Inverse fold of permanent incisors.
